of Flex-Mat is free and clear

Before Flex-Mat               After Flex-Mat

FLEX-MAT high-performance, self-cleaning screen cloth dramatically increases screening productivity and reduces screening costs. A special formulation of polyurethane bonded with individual screen wires eliminates the need for traditional woven cross wires. With no cross wires to cause premature failure due to wear on the high spots, FLEX-MAT lasts up to 5 times longer than woven wire.

Polyurethane strips allow individual wires to vibrate independently and at different frequencies to prevent material from accumulating between the wires. FLEX-MAT screen cloth eliminates blinding, pegging and clogging, reducing downtime for cleaning and increasing overall production efficiency. By running cleaner and lasting longer, FLEX-MAT helps producers increase throughput and boost production.

FLEX-MAT's polyurethane strips are centered on each screen deck crown bar to provide a secure wear surface and ensure proper tensioning. Polyurethane overlaps on side-tensioned cloths - standard on cloths with an opening of 3/8" or smaller and optional with larger openings - prevent material leakage through the spaces between cloths. With FLEX-MAT high-performance, self-cleaning screen cloth, your product stays in spec more consistently over the entire wear life, even at the end of the cloth life.
